Project Seek and Find Ministry Plan

I.       Overview – Project Seek and Find (based on Matthew 7:7-8 7 “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. 8 For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.”) is a ministry that God has placed on my heart that is focused on providing encouragement to others through Biblical scriptures and Christian music from area Christian music groups.

II.    Mission Statement – Helping others to Seek and Find our Lord and Savior through Biblical encouragement and Christian music.

III. Our beliefs – We believe that music is a wonderful gift from God and are amazed at its ability to reach and touch people’s hearts.

IV. Services Offered – There are two different service categories:

A.     General - for all people

1.      Subscribe for a daily Bible Scripture to be delivered to your phone via text messaging.

2.      Listen to Christian Music samples from Wisconsin Christian Musicians.   

3.      View video clips from Wisconsin Christian Musicians.

4.      Find Live Christian concerts in your area.

5.      Register to view virtual Christian Music Concerts which will deliver a rich video and music experience via the web. It’s like being at a concert without leaving your house.

B.    Musicians

1.      Promote Wisconsin Christian Musicians exclusively

a)     We are focusing on local Christian musicians in order to provide more services to help promote their music ministries.

2.      Enhanced website functionality

a)     Deliver music samples and video clips to visitors

b)     Provide a marketplace to sell your original music tracks

c)      Promote Live Concert Events in Wisconsin

d)     Promote Virtual Concerts delivered on the website

(1)  Work with interested Wisconsin Christian Musicians to assemble a rich video and audio experience that users can register to view.

(2)  Provide a means for Wisconsin Christian Music groups to “play” a concert without the added expense for a building, sound equipment, additional staff, etc.

(3)  Offer options for single or multiple group venues. Since the costs of travel, equipment, personnel and buildings are not needed for this type of venue, this provides great flexibility and a broader audience.

a)     Complete Concert planning

(1)  Early concept planning meetings

(a)    Planning meetings offered in person or via the web.

(b)   Brainstorm the desired outcome.

(c)    Discuss location logistics.

(d)   Help to establish an event budget.

(2)  Devise a promotion plan

(a)    Help to identify and manage the tasks against timelines.

(b)   Provide input on how to stretch your promotional budget.

(3)  Provide equipment, staging and lighting for your event along with trained staff to run the equipment.

(a)    Our partners at “Can They Hear You” Sound Ministries have what it takes to put on a great event.

b)     Music recording

(1)  Provide digital multi-track recording either in our multiple partner studio locations or travel to a location near by to record your group.

(2)  Experienced technicians to help mix your music to produce a great song.

c)      Video recording

(1)  Provide digital video recording equipment along with experienced staff.

(2)  Provide video editing for your recorded material.
